It is located on a sandy beach in the Wailua/Kapaa area of Kauai at the Coconut Plantation Marketplace. The amenities include a pool, jacuzzi, restaurant, lounge, tennis court, exercise room, coffee kiosk, day spa, central laundry, business center and a travel desk.

The updated hotel rooms and one bedroom suites all have air conditioning, refrigerator, cable TV, coffee-maker, telephone with voice-mail service, in-room high-speed internet access (free), bathtub/shower combo, safe, hair dryer, iron/ironing board and a lanai.
