Kihei Alii Kai is an excellent value for a basic property across the street from Kamaole Beach #1 in the Kihei area of Maui. The condominium has limited grounds, but does have a pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, BBQ's and a sauna.

The spacious units all have full kitchens, dishwasher, microwave, air conditioning (in the living room only), color cable TV, VCR and a washer/dryer. The one bedroom units will sleep 4 guests while the one bedroom with loft units will sleep 6 guests.

Kihei Alii Kai is within walking distance to shops and restaurants and affords comfortable accommodations at a very reasonable cost. This is an appropriate choice for couples or families wanting a basic Kihei property. All units are non-smoking.
